Positives: This Hampton Inn is straight out of the corporate Hampton Inn mold. If you have seen or stayed in one you will get what you expect - spacious rooms decently furnished. Thhis paticular room was poorly lit and the desk chair was well worn - and less thaan comfortable. Breakfast was a bit below Hampton standards. All in all a good choice for lodging in the area.
Negatives: Bathroom faucet leaks on the counter. The room need n more light in the corners and the countertops in the main room.

Positives: We liked the staff. Especially, Betsy Cleveland, the housekeeper, she does a wonderful job and helps you with whatever you need.. She definitely needs a raise.
Negatives: The ice machine on our floor was not available and the other floors they were out. The room had lots of knats, tv would not connect to mobile, phone in bedroom not working.
