Positives: We were able to snag a room prior to normal checkin. when we went to front desk they were attentive and pleasant. The location was convenient within good distance from downtown and other areas. It was a safe area.
Negatives: We had issues with the room. The thermostat panel was cracked and broken, no extra towels available, they ran out, the phone was broken, the remote had no back, we asked for room to be cleaned and it wasn’t during our 3 day stay. Stain in tub.

Positives: Overall it was fine. Easy check in and friendly employees.
Negatives: The bathroom door is open on both ends leaving little privacy. Other guests either coming or going, let doors slam behind them and we heard that throughout the night. Also, at 4:30 am, music and voices coming from somewhere. It would also be nice to have a couple of extra chairs to sit on when not in bed. One extra chair is not enough.

Positives: The hotel is very nice; new construction and modern, tasteful decor. Gym facilities were just perfect, the pool a bit small but the kids did mind. The room was spacious and sheets/pillows good quality. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all questions.
Negatives: The only small negative was the overall cleanliness, which we understood was due to short staffing. We were told there would be minimal daily housekeeping (beds made, garbage removed, towels replaced) and in fact there was none. It strikes us that if Hilton Hotels is now moving to a system wherein guests provide their own housekeeping, they could lower their prices (we paid +$200/night) accordingly.
