Sarah, the young lady at the front desk is an absolute asset to your organization. She is friendly and helpful and is always smiling. And always welcoming.
Adam, the night clerk has zero people skills and is just plain mean to the guest. And rude. And no help. I didn't have a chair in my room to sit in. When I went back to the desk to ask about a chair, he mumbled something to the effect that he would get me one.
An HOUR later, after eating dinner standing on my tired feet, I went back to the desk, and he was still sitting there on his phone. He gave me the key to another room and told me to take the chair out of there. I won't be back because of that guy, and I am looking for another room now for a week. But I won't deal with that guy ever again.

Not much…mold growing on my room ceiling.

Television in both rooms assigned to me had NO SERVICE. Asked the manager at the front desk if he could get someone to fix the problem. He said that he would but nobody ever came to address the problem.

No TV service, mold growing on the ceiling and nothing was done and no apologies for the inconvenience! Sad experience.

First room assigned did not have working TV. Second room assigned did not have a remote control to turn on the TV. Third room assigned TV not working. Third room had only small hand towel and no bath towel for use after morning shower.

Just the customer service I received from Sarah the first day the lady was terrible I had to wait n my car for over a hr for that the agency I had to book with had to call in even when i had the confirmation number but the next day hotel employee was there

Good value and location! Sarah at front desk very welcoming and helpful! Whole staff made you feel like home! Exercise room was clean, inviting, Lifetime equipment was FUN! Quite place. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean too! Room was pretty and clean! We will be back!
