Positives:
I have been to this property before and it was not this dirty as it is now. The only thing I liked was how the suite looked and how it had a patio.
Negatives:
Room was not cleaned, beds had pee stains, covers had burnt marks on them as if someone smoked in the room and burnt the cover, the couch had multiple stains as if someone spilled something on them, walls had stains on them, pool was out of order the whole weekend but we were told it would be opened Saturday morning at 11, sofa bed was molded due to it looked like being wet multiple times, I was told breakfast would not be served due to them running out of food.
