Red Roof Inn Battle Creek

Positives: Rooms were set up nicely. It was clean and they did a great job with everything. The desk manager was super helpful and very welcoming. That was very cool and I could tell the young man took a lot of pride in his job. I cannot thank the staff at this location enough as they are super people doing a super job.

Positives: Absolutely nothing the front desk was rude calling every minute about something I was doing wrong. Every time I stepped out the door they had a problem, they wouldn't bring me clean towels, also when did not more than two. I gave back my dirty laundry every time. had a problem bringing me blankets and leaving them. Itpok them off the bed and it was blood stained with someone else's blood. They proceeded to tell me if the sheets had blood again i wouldpay a fee. I didn't ask to have my room cleaned once, the staff had an issue with my dog when she wasn't doing anything wrong everytime she was out I was outside. They acted as if I was down grading their property like I'm some kind of dirty person. Had Townes that were dirty set them outside that was an issue. When really they have roaches and they don't know how to clean their rooms. I found disgusting food and dust dirt behind nightl stands. Their vents were not fan and just open into another room which they refuse to block off or fix apparently because they try to tell me that nobody was staying on the other side of me. I heard them as if they were right in my bathroom with me. Nasty water from the steam also dripping off ceiling when showing because no exhaust fan. There is something more is going on here than just a hotel stay. Its very stand offish. I don't trust here. I don't feel safe. There's people all hours of the night walking past my window walking past my room especially when I'm here alone. The room key was constantly shut down ir turned off. I had to go get a new room key almost every time I left and came back. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
