The bedsheets were clean.
Negatives:
The floor was dirty, I wiped out some water that spilled and the napkins came out black. There was water pooled in the shower due to its age. There was mold in the shower perimeter, also due to age and lack of maintenance. Portions of the 'popcorn' ceiling were falling off the ceiling. At least the AC worked. The windows need better sound performance due to the proximity to the highway.
