There were a few things I didn't like. I think housekeeping is overloaded with too many rooms for each individual because rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly, showers and vacuuming being missed regularly during 2 week stay. Also, I would like to see breakfast menu improve.

Breakfast was better than expected for a hotel buffet. They had hot oatmeal with walnuts brown sugar and raisons, flavored waffles with strawberry jam and fried potatoes, sausage and eggs. Very clean hotel with nice small pool and workout room.

Very nice property. Our room was clean, comfortable and well kept.

We were unable to check into our room when we arrived as it wasn’t ready. We arrived approximately 4:00pm. We were told you didn’t have enough housekeeping staff to have rooms cleaned and ready by the published check-in time. We had to change our clothes in the lobby bathroom so we would be ready for the dinner we were to attend. We had to check-in when we came back at 10:00 pm. We sensed the front desk staff were flustered and feeling helpless about the situation as they were the messengers not the problem. They were doing their best to explain the circumstances.

The whole room looked like it had not been cleaned there was hair everywhere on the sheets and when we got more sheets they were stained and crusty. We didn’t receive the proper bedding to remake the bed after 2 trips down to the front desk. The bathroom was dirty long hairs everywhere and I mean everywhere. It was a very uncomfortable stay.
