Staff were very helpful putting us on the 4th floor so none of the sports teams would be banging on our ceiling

Customer service - front desk rep was VERY sick. She had her mask on her chin, coughing, blowing her nose and Kleenex. She was coughing on everything and handed me coffee.
I mentioned to morning front staff as feed back, simply saying it was alarming and concerning. She said she too was concerned and brought up to manager, manager bought her cold medicine. As a person with an autoimmune disease and given the Covid outbreak, she should have been sent home. I have never seen someone so sick.
