Close to home, we have no AC, heat index 102

Was not told pool was closed until we checked in, elevator was broken so we were given ground floor, my husband is disabled, it rained so hard our room flooded, the mattress cover had stains, and 1 dead flea and what looked like flea dirt or just dirt. No AC in the main lobby.

It had a pool, but it was dirty the day we arrived.
Negatives:
Air was leaking, outlets were broken. Elevator was broken had to walk up 3 flights of steps to the room. Our socks got dirty from the rugs ( it needs a shampoo bad!)

I had no water for a shower. The toilet didn’t work. Toilet paper on the wall. Floors in halls had trash on them. The hotel was very noisy. It sounded like banging on the walls at 4am. The elevator did not work. No air in lobby just a fan.
