Negatives: Filthy nasty, needs lots of updates, I stayed here 20+ yrs ago and it was ok The front desk person was not inviting, believe the foreign gentleman I believe the mgr was rude also not pleasant said we need to make sure they didn’t dirty room if they are leaving, all I did was walk to room open door and look inside, my handicap mother with dementia sat on walker in hallway, the 1st thing I seen was a dirty sink when opened door to room and not handicap accessible, just really disgusting.

Negatives: Breakfast was limited selection

Negatives: Unclean blood stains sheets, comforters and when I requested them to changed it… they took them and never brought back new ones. Me and my daughter was cold and tried to sleep in the cold without comforters. No apologies from their side.

Negatives: Worst experience in my life

Negatives: Gone down hill a lot over last 18months. Rooms dirty, rundown looked like pet puke in corner of my room. Smelled bad

Negatives: There was a slight smell in the room. Could've been more tidy. Bathrooms need maintenance. Old classic style rooms, not modern.

Negatives: Too noisy! appliances are old and noisy (fridge). rugs in common areas are old and stained. Elevator was dirty. We could hear noise from other rooms. All night long we hear the fridge running.

Negatives: Looked like a family hotel. Propped doors and children ran room to room. Told me I had no reservations when I arrived at 10pm which put me in a panic. When I turned to leave disappointed asked me for my id and if I mind being around children. Thought I was out of a room but they did place me.

Negatives: Bathroom floor tub and shower curtain was dirty.. hall floors dirty for the whole weekend.. and garbage overflowing refrigerator didn't work I told them and nothing

Negatives: I called 3 times to get information about the hotel and got hung up on every time. This hotel is ran Down and they have roaches. I booked on booking. com and had already paid for the room before knowing what I had gotten my self into. Could not sleep because someone’s children was running around all night long through the halls slamming doors. I changed rooms to see if anything would be better then the room they changed me to they couldn’t get the tv to work so the guy told me he would come back after 2 hours I had to go see what was going on and he told me he was coming then he finally got it to work at 10 at night. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Disgusting and STAFF IS VERY RUDE .
