The breakfast was very standard and area was the cleanest in the hotel.
Negatives:
Looked like a family hotel. Propped doors and children ran room to room. Told me I had no reservations when I arrived at 10pm which put me in a panic. When I turned to leave disappointed asked me for my id and if I mind being around children. Thought I was out of a room but they did place me.

Near highway. The location is a great location. That’s the only thing good about it.

I called 3 times to get information about the hotel and got hung up on every time. This hotel is ran Down and they have roaches. I booked on booking. com and had already paid for the room before knowing what I had gotten my self into. Could not sleep because someone’s children was running around all night long through the halls slamming doors. I changed rooms to see if anything would be better then the room they changed me to they couldn’t get the tv to work so the guy told me he would come back after 2 hours I had to go see what was going on and he told me he was coming then he finally got it to work at 10 at night. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Disgusting and STAFF IS VERY RUDE .

The location of the hotel. It was close to our event. There were plenty of food choices around. Our room was very clean, and comfortable and lacked nothing.
Negatives:
When we checked in at 4p. The hallway was not vacuumed yet, but we left and when we came back at 8:30 p.m., it was vacuumed and looked so wonderful. We wished breakfast would have had yogurt and fruit.
