I stayed here previously for a family reunion and the hotel was immaculate that's what made me choose it again because of the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

The carpet and furniture were not up to par the bed looked like someone had been in the bed laying down the bathroom was not cleaned nor the shower all the vending machines have been removed and the ice machine did not work I was very disappointed. Also my total for the trip was 332.35 and the deposit was 50.00 which made the total 382.35 my card was charged 463.15 and the 50.00 fell off at checkout. The balance was not credited until Wednesday morning and I checked out Sunday. What was the extra charge for outside of the 50.00 deposit. The breakfast that was offered was not edible. The meats were not cooked through and again was very disappointing.

I liked the desk clerk that was on during the day on Sunday! Didn’t catch her name but she was so very helpful. And pleasant. We actually had a room the night before under my spouses name but for some reason it wouldn't let us book two nights in a row so I had to get the next night under my name. She helped us so that we could keep the same room and not checkout then check in again. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The night light in the bathroom wasn’t working and I noticed the fire alarm was kinda hanging off the wall. Breakfast could have a bit more choices.
