It's location to the event we were trying to attend was perfect. I liked that the staff were very attentive and cordial. I liked that there was a semblance of breakfast and coffee.

The facility is old. Which yeah duh, Detroit but it feels that maybe there needs to be extra care in keeping the place feeling taken care of despite the age.
The room smelled funny. The furniture had dents and strong signs of deterioration.

The only thing I liked about the property was the location close to the wedding we were attending. Nothing about the property itself. They only had some small prepackaged muffins and granola bars. There was not a breakfast served. They did have coffee sitting out until about 9am but that was it.

Our room was literally falling apart and disgusting. The carpet was sticky, trash and children's toys under our bed. Things listed as being in the room where not even in there, like a blow dryer. Our bathroom door would not even close.

I liked the availability, cleanliness, price, and ease-of-access. At least one of the outside doors wasn't working with card access, however everywhere else seemed to be. Also, I liked how all outside door access is locked (other than the front door).

What I didn't like was the "breakfast" offered that was stated was provided. I know it wasn't stated to be a continental breakfast, however I feel that there could have been a few more options - maybe some bananas/fruit.

Free breakfast = pre-packaged muffin. Lobby Coffee machine broken. Kitchenette had no dishware, silverware, pans, coffee maker, nothing - all cost extra. Lightbulbs out. Fridge leaking. Sit on edge of bed and it flipped up. Staff wasn't concerned.
