The staffs are really nice and friendly except for one guy (I don't remember the name now but he's generally wearing suit and a glass). The guy is so unfriendly and not helpful at all.
The bed and the pillow are quite uncomfortable.
The hotel doesnt even have umbrellas for guests. When you pay that much money for one night, you would expect these small things are there for you.
