The cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff were outstanding.! The two eating establishments on the first floor were exceptional!! The location of the hotel was excellent. There are lots of things to see and do close to walking distance of the hotel. Anything else is no more than a 10-20min drive.

The mattress was too soft.

Barking dog from traveler across the hall. The hotel bar seemed understaffed. I felt bad for the workers there. One person for the whole floor wasn’t enough. There were also some wine stains on the carpet but that could have just happened that day. That’s more about the people staying there not being careful and not a reflection on the hotel, though.
