Positives:
The bed was comfortable
Negatives:
My bathroom was dirty. There was dirt on the floor next to the shower and some weird unknown oil spot with dirt in it on the shelf in the bathroom

Positives:
Near our destination. Gated parking lot, card access.
Negatives:
The decor is odd. Reminds me of dorm life. It was described as arty, boutique. The bedside tables were folding metal tables. No vanity in bathroom. Towels were placed on a red utility cart. No closet. Clothes hand on a metal cart. Floors were concrete with a couple of thin throw rugs.

Positives:
the look of the property was nice. I feel like the warmer months it would be ok. the staff was also a helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
had multiple issues with the card keys, which made it a bit annoying getting locked out of the room and the building in the cold. The bedding could’ve used more attention as well. My recommendation would be to bring your own. also the $20 parking fee was a extra.

Exceptional
Positives:
Nice, stylish good-sized room. The linens were soft and smelled fabulous from whatever lovely, aromatic detergent they used. The shower temperature was just lovely, as I like it nice and steamy. There was a Cafe attached to the hotel and a little kitchen room with a coffee machine and microwave for guests to use. There was a restaurant attached also but it wasn't open for the night I stayed. There was a variety of food stuffs, toiletries, washing powder and alcoholic drinks for purchase in the little kitchen room.
Negatives:
The heater in my room was a little finicky and getting it a comfortable temperature was a little tricky, but it worked to heat up the room. The room I stayed in had a polished concrete floor which looked great for the decorating style, but it is perhaps a bit impractical for Detroit winter and was very cold on my feet, even with socks. Bring your slippers, luckily I had mine!

Negatives:
They were going for artsy with the concrete floors and very basic furniture but just came off as cheap. I thought it was an abandoned building when I got there but it was in fact open.

Positives:
The large parking area looked protected. The area around the hotel and the building was well maintained and clean. The place for breakfast or the Bar has all the necessary equipment. The hotel is reasonably close to the downtown.
Negatives:
The conditions of the Hotel's stay indicated that we had to get bathrobes, they were not in our rooms and there was no rug in one of the rooms. And my personal opinion is that the price for pets is high.
