Negatives: Smelled like weed when you walked into the hall. Could not accommodate the type of room I paid for. Spent a sleepless night there. People who worked there looked like homeless people, not professionals. I should be refunded for this disaster.

Positives: They day shift called me 3-4 hours before check-in, and I was on the road traveling on a motorcycle. I returned the phone call and was told at that time, "The room that I was supposed to get the room next to me was torn up, and they are not allowed to rent it or they will get it trouble. Once I got to the site, the clerk showed us that the site was completely booked. The day clerk LIED!!!! HE SHOULD HAVE JUST TOLD THE TRUTH. He was supposed to have called the Red Roof and reserved a room and called me back and let me know, and he didn't. And I did go to the property.
Negatives: That the day shift person LIED about the room situation and come to find out they over book and didn't contact booking.com.
