Positives:
Room was fairly quiet through the night.
Negatives:
Cleaning staff hung around off-hours giving the place a very seedy character. Saw the cops prowling around several times so God only knows how much they were actually there in total. Power went out after a rain storm despite most of the neighbourhood seeming to remain on line. After 24+ hrs of this I checked out early. They were supposed to refund me one night of my stay and they did not.

Some staff members was rude. It took them 3 days to get the lights back on. Although some staff went out their way to help. Love the area. The rooms themselves are nice and spacious. Also they are pet friendly.

Everything was okay until I had no power for my last 3 days and no compensation was offered and in turn I had to cancel my follow up booking because there was still no power and I wasn't paying $770 (rounding up) for a room with no power

It was very dirty . USED soap was in the bathroom bedding was stained and hair ties on the floor. Trash on ground

The "non smoking" room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The bedding had burn holes in it,and the mattress had stains running down the sides. There were people slamming doors,arguing in the parking lot. It was extremely unpleasant. I checked out around 1 or 2 in the morning and went elsewhere.

I feel safe when I'm here no one bothers you there are a lot of weed smoking only problem I had with other guests, I was here for 7 days only had my room clean one which I was supposed to get 2 days they didn't do my room on Friday Monday and Friday just Monday not Friday and they don't do rooms on the weekends but all the housekeeper and other staff is very pleasant this is a nice place to stay if you from out of town staff is great and his pet friendly I give the Red roof inn in Farmington hills 10 mile four stars.

I didn't care for other guests that weed smoking in front of my ste. And the shower is very loud pipes when in use. Over all this Red roof inn is very nice and pleasant and prices are reasonable staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked nothing. They did not hold up their end for accommodations. The lady at the front desk flat out lied to my face! I will never stay here
Negatives:
I made sure to do everything right before I got out there. Me having pets was approved through booking.com. I got all the way out there just to be told they do not accept pets more so Pitbulls. I literally received the approval for me having 2 pets. This is the 2nd time Booking.com has offered something the actual place did not and I didn't find out until I got there.
