The place smells with a terrible mildew smell that never goes away. Mold on the ceiling in Rm 157 and 116. The shower hardly had water coming out of it. Worst place I ever stayed. I was booked for a week and changed hotels.

Room was fairly quiet through the night.
Negatives:
Cleaning staff hung around off-hours giving the place a very seedy character. Saw the cops prowling around several times so God only knows how much they were actually there in total. Power went out after a rain storm despite most of the neighbourhood seeming to remain on line. After 24+ hrs of this I checked out early. They were supposed to refund me one night of my stay and they did not.

Some staff members was rude. It took them 3 days to get the lights back on. Although some staff went out their way to help. Love the area. The rooms themselves are nice and spacious. Also they are pet friendly.

Everything was okay until I had no power for my last 3 days and no compensation was offered and in turn I had to cancel my follow up booking because there was still no power and I wasn't paying $770 (rounding up) for a room with no power
