Positives: The location and pricing was nice. Close to shopping enters. Right off the expressway.

Negatives: My only complaint I that out of 5 days there I never was able to get clean towels after our 1st night even though I checked and asked for the last 4 days. Just never stayed at a hotel where towels were an issue. Had to dry off with my clothes basically. Other than that I would stay there again. It's not a bad place at all and staff was friendly. Housekeeping would be my issue, not the front desk.

Positives: just very unclean. I understand the location but they’re are things that could be easily corrected and they weren’t. more effort needs to be put into this place. DAILY.

Negatives: they was roaches. a dead one in face on my counter top. and they’re was also I mice in my room which I did not discover until the day of my checkout. I stay on a school campus in a dorm with 40 other girls and it would be horrible to infest the dorms because I thought somewhere I was laying my head was safe and clean.

Negatives: The room is in great need of a makeover it looked outdated and nothing like the picture on the website. The cleanliness was absolutely horrendous nothing in that room looked liked it had been cleaned. The employee that worked overnight was not very helpful when checking out. No regular shuttle service available to the airport. I true negative experience

Negatives: I didnt like the fact that it was dirty the floors were not swept or mopped the rugs were not vacuumed basically all they did was change the Linens and then rented it out again and the big topper was the room being infested with cockroaches I feel like I should get my money back or get booking.com credit or something because cockroaches are serious and now I am afraid to bring my belongings back to my home

Positives: absolutely nothing except it was right off freeway.

Negatives: let’s start with all 3 rooms they let me check before even deciding to stay. 1 room had broken tv, next room no bed sheets and putrid smell. next one had vent hanging off and the room we ended up staying in had no heat. there was a fight everyday and NIGHT. got absolutely zero sleep and heard nothing but fighting all night long. the cops were arresting people in the middle of the day. this was a nightmare!
