Negatives: The rooms are very dated.

Negatives: Needs to be updated. Freshened up. Thoroughly cleaned

Negatives: Being unexpectedly charged to park my car. I didn’t like how much pain I woke up in from the uncomfortable bed and even less comfortable couch.

Negatives: I didn’t like that I had the room reserved and as soon as we were on the way, we found out that they had given my room away so my daughter’s 13th birthday party was ruined. They said they tried to call but my phone overheated that morning, BUT when I called to asked them about method of payment and gave them my name for my reservation I should have been told then that it was cancelled.

Negatives: The parking cost ten bucks a day thats a rip off

Negatives: Dirty rooms & had a hard time getting towels

Negatives: I booked the room for Me the wife and two kids when we checked in there was no blanket or pillows for the kids I went to the front desk and was told non was available, I asked for towels for the kids they said non was available. The heat in the room did not work it was either on or off you could not adjust it so we had to turn it on then get up in the middle of the night to turn it off or it would get too hot. The lights in the bathroom did not work. We had no extra pillows or blankets for the kids so I was going to use the mattress pad as a blanket for the kids but when I took the mattress pad off the mattress was filthy! The bed was so uncomfortable the mattress was so old and worn you could feel the springs in the mattress. We was there for 4 days and there was no maid service. The door locks for the main doors did not work twice while we stayed there I went outside early morning and there was a man sleeping in the hallway. And when it’s was time to checkout I needed a luggage cart to move our stuff to the car and I was told they didn’t have any and would need to walk the halls and find one. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel I have booked with booking.com I would never stay here again it was a complete waste of money!

Negatives: Entire room smelled of a bad cleaning fluid,flooring was worn and stained,could hear water dripping in bathroom wall,furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable, rooms and hallways were all in a state of disrepair.we have stayed at this hotel for a number of years as the location gifts our agenda but the rooms and the breakfast area has deteriorated so bad I do not feel we would return!!!
