Positives: when I arrived at the location I was greeted with a smile by the Operations Manager, Clarice Flowers, and her outstanding customer service was inviting.

Negatives: There were some repairs that needed to be done and the side door didn’t have a security device to open it. it was completely unlocked and banged as there is no shock system set in place. a bit disturbing as I could here it constantly as guests were entering and exiting.

Negatives: I was informed after I arrived that the hotel was overbooked and there was no space available. The receptionist called around and found a room at another hotel which was good, but she told me it was for two nights which was the original duration I had booked for here. I was disappointed to learn when I arrived at the other hotel that I had been lied to, and that I would only be able to stay one night.
