The outer grounds need mowed and manicured. Shrubs, grass etc looked terrible. I understand being under construction but could have been much cleaner than it was. The elevator smelled like a dope pipe. The pool was absolutely freezing which was the biggest reason for our stay. The continental breakfast was pretty disappointing to say the least. A full gallon jug of milk in the fridge for everyone to share and unscrew the lid is unacceptable. There was a stack of electrical conduit sitting right in front of elevator in the morning. The pot holes in parking lot are horrible.
