Toilets kept getting clogged and they handed us a plunger and had us fix it ourselves as if they didn't have maintenance ppl and key cards kept not working and had to renew them everyday and they require ID to renew the cards, so make sure you have on you when you leave your room just in case. Rooms could've been swept a little bit better, but wasn't too bad.

Ran out of food by 8:00, no one watching food area.
Slide lock broke inside-had been reattached multiple times and piece on door screws had to be removed by hand (partially out already) to get out of room.

We will never stay here...

There were people loitering in the halls and parking lot when we checked in and when we left and came back from dinner. We left at midnight as this made us uncomfortable and they were still loitering outside. When I was checking out it appeared that an armed guard walked in. The room was clean but the counter top and the cabinets were all chipped and cracked. This is definitely not what was pictured in the add.

The beds had crumbs in them, the tvs were all static, the WiFi didn’t work, we heard people running and slamming doors all night, the window was broken, someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to go out for 30 minutes at 11pm all for it to be a false alarm. They didn’t give us the room we booked, they said it was full, what’s the purpose of booking a room if you’re not even gonna get it? They had to put us in a different room with one bed and a pull out bed that felt like nothing but springs and again crumbs everywhere, the phone didn’t work, the one lamp didn’t work.
