Everything was clean and functional. The bathroom sink, toilet, and shower were all very good and clean. Room temp control was good. The overall appearance and functionality of everything exceeded my expectations. Nice size rooms.
Negatives:
Location is a bit off the beaten path and was difficult to find. Be nice to have the TV on a swivel so one could watch TV from the bed. As it is, the best viewing is from the couch.

We had a good stay.
Positives:
Staff were all very friendly. breakfast was decently ok. easy parking . Gym was ok and clean also new

we stayed at one of the room at the first floor. First of all you would think they will give the 3 nights stay guests higher floor.
Second the AC in our room was extremely loud. We had to turn it off during the entire three nights of staying at night. It Is crazy since it is the hottest time of the year. When we watched the news on TV we trued even to turn off the AC. Yes it was that loud.
3rd our shower room door was leaking water. We thought first we didn't close it correctly but I believe it is leaking pretty bad. The floor flooded every time we shower.
Again about the ac in our room it was old the machine turned yellow. We walk some of the room next to us we can see this AC as the door was open they were all white and new and very quiet. Guess we just got bad luck.
It is sad they we booked this hotel according to their review said it's "newly renovated".
if you stay here make sure ask the staff avoid the room with an old and loud AC.
I would have rated it an 8 or 9 for the hotel if this AC situation didn't happen.

Positives:
We extended to 3 nights. Staff are excellent: they take care of things quickly. The size of the room is great. It is up to date/recently renovated, clean, and full featured. The grounds are attractive and our room surprisingly had a beautiful view. Breakfast is full of variety, served in a comfortable and attractive public area, and is fantastic! EV charger (Chargepoint) was installed the night before we left and should be functioning now.
Negatives:
There were occasional thuds from feet in the room above us. Perhaps put early arrivals in the upper rooms so late arrivals won't disturb them? There was not an EV charger as listed when we arrived (it was installed the day we left) but there were chargers nearby. This isn't their issue but do not trust GPS in finding the place! It kept sending us to the alley behind the nearby Target.
