Positives:
We didn’t end up staying because we booked thinking the hotel had an indoor pool. The main lobby was clean, and Antoine at the front desk was very nice and helpful with our cancellation.
Negatives:
Our only complaint is the property does not have an updated email address on file, so any communication we attempted to send, even through booking goes to Tabitha and comes back that she’s out of the office until March 6th, which is well over a month past that date now and she hasn’t updated it since returning. This caused me problems trying to cancel my booking with booking.com as they couldn’t send an email to any other address except what the property had listed. If the email address had been set to the actual hotel and not the sales person, we wouldn’t have been on hold back and forth with booking for over an hour trying to cancel and switch hotels. Hopefully they can correct this so other guests do not run into similar issues.

Shower door wouldn't stay shut and would soak the floor. The toilet was running all night because the rubber stopper at the bottom didn't seal. Only half of the power plugs did not work. Had trouble finding a place to charge devices.
