The staff was friendly, the price and locations were nice and chill. Good location for quick bite to eat.
Negatives:
Didn't get to use the pool because it was being clean during open pool hours. Floor was clearly not vacuumed. Fridge had not been shut properly before we arrived so frost had built up and it couldnt be shut or used. And there were numerous gross big stains in both mattresses. The sheets and pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Outside looked in disrepair. "Locked and secure" doors to go inside were broken.

The location is great. But the place is a dump and didn’t realize they use it house the homeless. There was a drug deal being done as I walked into the hotel after dinner.
Negatives:
This hotel I was told by a local had been on the new to house imagrants. The floor were disguised, the shower not clean, smears of I don’t know what all over the windows. Definitely a shady hotel. Never ever ever ever going back.

Convenient location, to Pine Knob Music Theatre.
Negatives:
Rooms were very run down. Floors were dirty, window ledges were dirty, headboards were not cleaned. Furniture was chipped and inside of drawers were filthy. Bathroom door would not shut, let alone lock. Rooms smelled bad, same with main hallways. Outside side door didn’t shut, opened all night.

I have stayed in many hotels in my business and pleasure travels and this was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The owner of this franchise is black eye to the Red Roof name. Booking.com I would recommend you pull this from your listing because it also makes you look bad.
