I left my phone charger in the room - unfortunately for me. Called twice to see if it was turned in. Someone found it - most likely not the next occupant - left it at the sink. And we can all imagine where that item may be now.

The beds seemed clean to the naked eye.

The parking lot was cramped with lots of equipment & storage containers that made navigating and backing out difficult, the room still had trash from the previous client in basket including beer bottles causing the room to smell of stale alcohol, there was a (assumed) used towel just thrown on sink & the towels were not restocked, tooth paste on toilet and shower curtain and water all over floor from defrosted mini fridge. The floors were dirty and the second night around 4am we were infested by large ants..we were on the 2nd floor. We had to kill probably 20 or more but I was not waking my 2 year old at 4am to request a new room so we just killed them and hoped for the best. I would never stay here again it was by far my worst hotel stay.
