Positives: Hardwood floors. Fridge and microwave were nice. Relatively clean, quiet and comfortable. Great for an overnight.

Negatives: Bathroom was hastily cleaned for probably months. Dirt in the corners, etc. Entire bathroom needed caulked and updated.

Negatives: We contacted hotel 24 hrs in advance to let them know we would leave 6 pm and arrive around midnight. We arrived right around midnight and were informed our rooms were given away at 6 pm and we had lost our rooms for entire weekend. We had understood that we could pay at property on arrival. Clerk did not appear particularly friendly or willing to help. We began looking for a room at about 1230 at night but had to book a half hour away. Would not try Red Roof again.

Negatives: The toilet kept running and water was all over the floor & was dirty. You had to hold the handle to flush. The refrigerator wasn't clean correctly. There were weird stains on the wall. And poor vacuuming.
