Positives:
The breakfast was very good.
All staff were polite, professional and very patient.
Negatives:
Room temperature was difficult to regulate. The thermostat turned on the heat when I tried to reset from 65° to 70°.
Carpet in front of elevators was threadbare.

We like it but the door to our room was very hard to open. It was stuck and we had to shove our way through it.

Besides the door to our room there were not very many choices of snacks to choose from from the store and the breakfast was not to be desire.

Breakfast was very good and up to the standard we have come to expect at Hampton Inns. The room was excellent, especially the large walk-in shower. Everything in the room worked as expected and the bed, and bedding, were especially comfortable.

We had checking in problems at desk even though we had booked on line. Desk chair in room looked like someone has urinated on it. They did replace it right away. The next day they had given our room to another party and they entered our room. Surprise!! Desk said that we were a no show even though we had a stayed one night already. Then our keys wouldnt work after we went out because it had been given to another party. I called and talked to a manager when we arrived home. She was checking into it. Never received a call back We do a fair amount of travel and never had someone enter our room!!!
