Negatives: Very noisy Ventilation/Heating in the floor. Team was not really flexible. I did an online booking and payment. Confirmation was available on mail but not in the system - slow connection. They let me 30min waiting and a solution was only after request found. At least the lady at the counter was doing it better as the Manager - he just wanted to let me wait longer.
