I got there and they did not have a room for me, said they were over booked, luckily I found a room at holiday Inn suites, which turned up great. Thanks a bunch for nothing, your service couldn't even hold a reservation, I will not be using your service again!

I called the front desk twice about that and even asked for a room change to no avail. The same room had children running around and bumping into walls that jolted the bed
