There was a couple spots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. When the front desk was told they said we are remodeling those rooms soon.

Distance to Royal Oak is good and staff was very friendly! Also, the room was clean.
Negatives:
The property needs some TLC - the ceiling in our room had paint peeling and overall felt outdated. Simple updates would make for a better experience.
