I didn't like being turned away when I had a confirmed booking through booking.com for 2 rooms both with double beds. No one called me to tell me they could not accommodate our original booking and were moving us, it wasn't until we showed up that they then told me that my reservation was moved to the Red Roof in Troy (2miles away), but then still be charged for a room at the Red Roof at Madison Heights even though I did NOT stay there this visit! Now a month later and I'm still waiting for the credit card reversal considering I payed for and stayed for 2 rooms at the Troy location and for reasons unknown, still paid for 1 room at the Madison location.

I booked the room and by the time i got there they were sold out already even though i confirmed the booking , the front desk was rude as well and I will not be using this website no more . I hope my money was refunded as well im not happy
