After reserving room online, called to confirm. Staff told me I had no reservations even tho I paid for it, and they were fully booked and was not allowed to book a room. And was screwed over for the night, stuck in a new place, with no roof over our heads, thanks to red roof inn.
And booking.com scammers tried to gain money from me to get a refund. Thankfully finally reached actual booking.com customer service, and got my refund.

The afternoon girl named Hannah needs to be reprimanded and possibly fired for her actions about 3 weeks back I had a reservation with booking.com and she rearranged it and gave me 5 nights instead of what was in the reservation claming that I had to pay them on line instead of paying the hotel when the Case of the matter is it was supposed to be payed at the hotel and it is marked in black and white took away 2 nights from me and that was wrong and I would like those 2 nights back
