The room was very clean, location was easy to find and having our dog in the room with us was no problem. Parking on site was very accessible. Staff was very responsive, even the cleaning staff was very efficient dealing with a room assignment mixup.

Lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience.

How good of liars front desk employees are to take your money ..
Negatives:
The The room door was still slightly open .. Tv didn’t work for my 2 day stay .. I was told I would get a new room the next day .. The front desk didn’t give me a new room or clean towels .. After I even called and asked for the new towels .. It was bugs flying in the room .. Room had an odor to it .. Pillows flat they put sheets in place of pillow cushions … I was told rooms had microwave and fridge .. Fridge was not working .. Shower was leaking and bathroom door was broke like it was kicked in .. Should remodel and get new staff ..
