The TV is not working. I went to the front desk. Let her know about the problem.. she said someone is coming to fix it. But nobody showed up p. I went back for second time. I was told somebody coming to fix but no one showed up again. So I just turn in the key and left. We didn't spend the night. Horrible . Even the pillow case looks over used . Colour is between white and light brown

After several calls to the office no one showed up to fix the heat (which was not working). Due to low temperatures, it was very cold in the room. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. During check out the manager apologized but didn't care nor accommodated in no way. The rooms are disgusting, microwave was rusty inside out and filthy. The wooden desk looks molded and the chairs are all broken. I would never recommend anyone with kids to stay here.

It was easily accessible for my ride-share and deliveries.

I didnt like that its very unsanitary, the staff also lives on-site and I watched them loiter, prostitute, kids running around with no parental authority or in school during school hours. The motels management is fully aware. It can be seen in camera. As well, the motel is riddled with drugs and prostitution to the point it was very uncomfortable to come outside of our room. I was approached by a man and felt unsafe just outside of my room. My son was yelled at about our dog, I went to management to speak with them, I told them that there is so much bad stuff going on in their facilities, the response I was given, well we have a dog leash policy(my dog is partially blind and 17 y/o), I replied Im surrounded by prostitution and drugs. The manager told me she knew but they have a dog leash policy, dismissing what I said. She also told me that the man who yelled at my son naturally speaks like that to people, I told her thats inappropriate for anyone to approach someone while yelling at them which I was physically present for and witnessing with my own eyes. It here were illegal workers there soliciting some minors on the property as well. Im going to contact the police in regards to this property as well. It was horrible. I didnt get any towels, the ones that were in the room were dirty. I was told they give towels every 3 days but I didnt get any and I stayed 7 days. I was constantly being asked to buy weed from strange people that were not patrons of travel lodge. There was a half naked man standing in door when he saw me walking in parking lot towards the direction I was going while smiling at me. That was so creepy. I was charged way more than I feel I should have been.
