Location. The staff member that was in charge of keeping up with the breakfast buffet was doing a great job, despite being inundated with people. The weekend of our stay, the hotel was overrun with Soccer tournament guests.
Negatives:
The hotel was overrun by a group from a soccer tournament in the area. Many of the kids were left to run the halls knocking on doors, excessive noise, etc. No fault of the hotel, just children lacking in parental supervision.

Refrigerator wasn’t functional. I called front desk to notify and they said maintenance would stop by to assist but nobody stopped by. Therefore our food spoiled. Phone didn’t work in room also. TV was around 10-15 yrs old, poor quality. Breakfast buffet was empty, didn’t have enough food for visitors. Overall run down property.

I was extremely upset that on the booking website it shows having a pool, but upon arrival the pool was shut down due to a leak. Out entire reason for staying was for the pool

The pool bring shut down and not being told that upon booking. The bathroom had hair all over the sink and in the bathtub.

Room was not clean. Sheets were fresh and clean but the rug was dirty and needed to be vacuumed and deep cleaned. The bathroom needed to be thoroughly cleaned and the shampoo bottle was empty. The indoor pool was closed. Breakfast was blah. Coffee was weak and in a cup so small it could have been a shot glass.
