I will choose this place...

It was a good value for the money. However, we didn't know how to contact the front desk, and we never got the wifi.
Negatives:
The furniture was in bad shape. There was only one chair, and it was uncomfortable. It took so long to get the bathroom warm that we couldn't take showers. Also, we never got washcloths. It would have been nice to have a desk lamp.

There was no breakfast. Not even coffee. The Clarion across the street has Continental Breakfast. The location is a poor, drug/prostitute/liquor store area. Very bad. The price through OYO was decent. Availability but 0 internet access unless you stood in the lobby.
Negatives:
The London born Indian owner was very rude and uncouth. Very unprofessional. I was waiting for a SIM for my phone so relied on internet to make calls. Owner made a "slit throat" motion at me and elicited that patrons were not allowed to be in the lobby. I overheard him putting down the locals saying "these people" and how he's owned it for a year and 1/2 but wants to sell to get out. The evening staff kept leaving for great lengths at a time to smoke cigarettes.
