The decided they were going to service the ac units on my one morning to sleep in. So I got woke up by the staff and told them to come back later and 30 minutes later they said it’s too bad they are going to do it now. It was my one day to sleep in after a late work night and the staff was extremely rude to me about it. They could have done it in a couple hours after I was going to head to work but they didn’t care. I’ve never been treated like that somewhere I was paying to stay.
Oh, and my keys never worked at the end of the day. I have had them reset 4 times in 2 days
