The bathroom we had in room 313 was a poor layout. The toilet was an older model that sat way too low and once you were seated, reaching the toilet paper roll was not easy. On top of that, the toilet seat was on crooked. Just an overall horrible layout for a bathroom.

I view the lads who monitored the breakfast on Saturday as a “micromanager”. I’ve stayed at this location many times before and have never seen her. She may have thought herself to be helpful but rather annoying.

Pets are indiscriminately housed in all of the hotel rooms. I talked to a friend, hotel manager at high end property. He had to accommodate service pets, which meant that after each stay, there was a costly pet cleaning fee. This property is negligent in this regard. I downgraded clean to average because of the pet!/no pet cleaning issue.

I secured a room with a pullout sofa bed. When I arrived, I was told that I was not assigned a room with a sofa bed. The person at the desk told me incorrectly that there were no rooms with a sofa bed. Staff should have a clear knowledge of what types of rooms are available.
