Great Times At Doubletree
Positives:
The property was beautiful and our room was really nice, comfy and clean. We loved the outdoor seating with the fire pit in the middle. Wish her breakfast would’ve been included in the price but overall great place to stay.

There was construction in the entire lobby that we were not made aware of. We were supposed to get a free breakfast in the morning, and we were turned away from breakfast after we already were making plates and said we had to pay at the front desk. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Sink and shower. There was drywall dust everywhere because of the construction going on. Our vehicle was hit by another car in the parking lot, and we were told that the cameras could not see where we were parked( it was right in front of the front door). Talked to the manager and he just said “there is nothing I can do for you”

This did not match a 4 star rating. This was MAYBE a 2 star. There were stains all over the carpet and ceiling. I had to change my room twice due to mildew smells. There was no full kitchen with fridge and microwave as described either.

The location was perfect. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was excellent and super sweet.
Negatives:
There was construction going on to upgrade the lobby area. You have to pay for breakfast ($20 for basic eggs, bacon maybe a waffle); this should be complimentary, especially from the inconvenience of the construction. We did not eat at the hotel as there was an IHOP, and First Watch within minutes from the hotel.
