As we went to check in we were informed that they couldn't accommodate us for the stay due to the fact that their system was down so that put me in a bad position to have to scramble and find somewhere to stay for 3 Days Plus on top of that my account was debited for the cost of the 3 days and I never stayed at the sonesta select and I'm waiting on refund of my money as we speak

I didnt like the 1st room. The bed was not clean it had a fresh big blood stain on the matttres pad that was showing through the bed sheet. And there were visible stains on bed skirts and sofa..i request another room that room upon entering in smelled of marijuana. I had to go to walmart and buy disinfectants to clean hard surfaces and spray curtains and sofa and bed sheets just to get rid of the marijuana smell because i didnt think i could get a refund back for those 2 horrible rooms. This was my 1st time staying at sonesta select. I will never stay there again.
