The only thing I liked was that the manager refunded my stay without any issue.
Negatives:
The first room I was in had cockroaches, very little working lights and a broken TV. When asked to move I was put in a different building without working keys..when I went back and got working ones that room was not clean. There was food all over the counter and stove, weed on the nightstand, paw prints on the couch and the bed was broken. I went and asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere and was told I couldn't get one before the next morning when the manager arrived. I had no choice but to stay. Thankfully he refunded both nights without issue. However - he mentioned that the prior room was being cleaned when I let him know that my boots were left in it. Meaning, they didn't care about the roaches or broken TV. Also found mold in my second room along with cobwebs and tape from the prior guest all over the walls. Very, very, dirty hotel. From the carpets in the lobby, to the elevator, to the room. Gross.

I loved that they were to accommodate an early check in; As well as my request to be on the first floor due to having surgery at a nearby facility.
Negatives:
The couch was very uncomfortable, torn up. There was no dishware in the suite, which had a kitchenette complete with a stove. So I was unable to cook the food I brought with me. There was one trash can in the entire room, and just happened to be in the bathroom only. We had one set of towels for a 2 night stay. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. We had coffee that we could have made, but no coffee pot.

The day I was supposed to check in and as I was in the middle of my trip, a rep from the hotel called and told me they couldnt accommodate my stay due to construction and the available rooms being occupied. A WEEK they had to tell me I didn't have a room, but waited until I was well into my trip the day of..now I had to find a new room AND won't get my refund for 12 days.
