Negatives: 1. The hotel charged me again because they said they couldn’t find the reservation with booking.com- so I paid booking.com for a room and then had to an additional $177 for a room. I have reached out to booking.con for a refund and I have received NO response. Then the key system didn’t work so I had no key to my room. maintenance had to let me in and out of my room the entire time I was there. The restaurant was “down due to maintenance” and the phone in my room had no cord so I couldn’t even call out for food delivery (or call the front desk).
