Positives: This is the worst experience in my life regarding hotels staying. My booking was cancelled while I am 4 hours away from the hotel. They informed my wife about the cancellation the same day of my arrival while I am traveling. They said they had an emergency maintenance during night and they cannot offer the room any more. It seems it was my room only that experienced the emergency. I arrive at the hotel and the lady at the receptionist had an attitude problem and was not cooperative . However the other receptionist who took the second shift was decent and helpful. I will never deal with Red Roof anywhere in the word and not recommend it to anyone. I dare to say I felt racism was behind this incident.

Positives: The bed was clean.

Negatives: It was a no smoking room. The room was rank, smelled like years of smoking turned into no smoking room. The woman who checked us in broke 2 TV remotes trying to put fresh batteries in. Plastic parts were flying around. She gave up and me new remote, fresh out of the package. I would not shower in that bathroom.
