The bed was so hard that I could not sleep. When I brought it to their attention they had nothing else available. I told them that I was going to leave. Got very rude with me. And I decided at this point that I was not going to experience the anguish so I left.

Room was very shabby, broken dresser, no frig or coffee maker. Strong smell of a cleaner type. Morning check out guy wasn't very friendly at all. Seemed put out when I told him I needed a receipt. Area around the building not very clean. I use to stay here multiple times yearly but have not been there in about 2 yrs and I don't think I will return which is a shame because the price and location is great for me.
