Handicapped room had no working heat and it was 32' out. Changed to a non accessible room so we had difficulties. Clerk was told multiple times we could not walk stairs and he kept trying to give us a second floor room. Still not accessible. Room we ended up getting had no garbage cans, lock was hanging, no toilet paper just a little bit on the holder, sheets had stains and etc. Front desk clerk was not helpful and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was not helpful. Don't ever stay here. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

The staff was great, but the room was very dirty....hair on floors, toilet about fell over, food crums and dirty napkins on top of counter tops and behind nightstands. Floor under the bed was disgusting. They put little to no energy into cleaning that room.

150% of the whole experience was awful - dirty and disgusting - feces on the toilet seat ? c'mon, somebody is not doing their jobs, whether it be housekeeping or a manager to check that everything is up to par to let these rooms out to the public

Room needs painted -lots of patchwork on the walls, dead bee's on the floor -housekeeping didn't sweep the room prior to us getting the room, blanket on bed had lots of burn holes on it, ziplock bag with powder substance behind dresser under TV not cleaned from previous guest, bottom of tub dirty, window so dirty you couldn't see through it, parking lot was full of garbage

The toilet didn’t work and when I complained they handed me a plunger. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. The TV didn’t work and the desk guy said he could only help me if I let him in the room but after my husband called it miraculously started working. Very creepy.

The room was in dire need of repair. Stucco spots on the wall. Food left in the refrigerator from previous occupant, mirrors were filthy, an open bar of soap was found in the coffee supplies. Coffee was in the room and no coffee pot. Packets of sugar and creamer were open not sealed in plastic. The sheets and towels were clean everything else was awful
