Negatives: Rooms were not clean, no pillow cases on pillows, sheets had what looked like motor oil on them.

Negatives: hall way leading to the room smelled like trash and there was no tissue in the bathroom and the tables in the room were not cleaned.

Negatives: Area is very ghetto … Room smelled like cigarettes and smoke literally Bed was dirty sheets dirty room had old nasty unclean utensils to eat with The light stand was all rusty Was disgusting I don’t recommend at all and these rooms are $100 a night

Negatives: nothing at all

Negatives: Still didn’t get my refund .i never stayed cause they ran out of rooms n told me they would refund me still waiting n .they don’t answer the phone

Negatives: The rooms we’re dirty had to change rooms 3 times

Negatives: I should have left when I got to the parking lot !! There are so many potholes in the parking lot I didn't think my tires would make it . There was an obvious "UN-Housed" person. Just sitting in the lobby my entire stay (checkin-check out) The wait time was very long due to short staffing & technical issues. The a/c was malfunctioning in the lobby . I got my original room 239 & requested to be moved at least 6 times for several different reasons. 1. The neighboring room had a lot of people and were very loud 2. The room was very dirty; crumbs, spills, smudges, stains, etc 3. There was no remote for the television 4. There was no light in the bathroom 5. The telephone didn't work so I have to walk down to the lobby to request help each time. I asked to cancel my reservation and was told to wait for a new room at 10pm . I refused and was finally given a new room 236. The door was damaged and had to be forced open but the lights did work. The new room did have a TV remote but NO LINEN ! The bed was NOT made and there were no towels in the bathroom. I went to room 239 and got the linens and made the bed myself. I was /am very displeased with my stay and I am expecting a full refund.

Negatives: Stove was broke. No wash cloths. No untesils. Room was nasty. Broken cabinets.

Negatives: Cleaner grounds. The trash all around the front of the place made it look second-rate No people hanging out in front smoking. The staff were efficient and helpful but not as professional, such as the receptionist carrying on two conversations while checking clients in.
