Negatives: The staff, or Whoever was at the desk Oct. 21st should be fired. I called to speak to management about a reservation where Mgmt. had been contacted 2x by both myself and booking.com. The receptionist, or whoever she was would not let me speak to the manager, refused to listen to me about why I was calling. She interrupted me constantly and then she just hung up on me. I had stayed at the hotel only a week before and everything was fine. Staff was friendly, vourteous and helpful. Supposedly staff and management changed entirely in a week and all the previous information regarding my booking was lost... okay. I will never stay there again and will not recommend this facility to anyone, ever again. At least not until management and that woman have been relieved of their positions.

Positives: The location was ok and the breakfast was decent
Negatives: Well there was mold growing in our bathroom and we did not notice until the second day but it was everywhere…we were there for a funeral and family time. The staff kept saying they could only give us 4 towels although we had 5 people staying in the room. How are we supposed to shower with only 4 towels. They had 1 roll of toilet paper for us in the room and the staff was not friendly

Positives: Close to Michigan lottery amphitheater. Breakfast in the morning was decent.
Negatives: Upon arrival, front desk staff looked high as a kite and confused as we were checking in. The room was dirty. Not vacuumed well, smelled funny, the room obviously had not been wiped down well or taken care of well, food crumbs in various places on the floor in the room, hair in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again.

Positives: Staff was nice and room was dated, but clean.
Negatives: Mold in the bathroom around the bathtub and on ceiling. Curtains were ripped. Hotel desperately needs a renovation. Bed mattress had indentation in the middle.

Positives: Everything was fantastic until we pulled the chair out it was disgusting and filthy. We went downstairs and asked an older gentleman at the desk. If we could please get a different chair and right away he told us no they were getting ready to renovate so they didn’t have a chair to spare other than that, the young man at the counter was very very nice when we came back in that night we were greeted by a young lady that was very nice. The food was very good and we enjoyed our stay except for the chair.
